Long Term Employee Exercise Rights. If Executive’s employment as a Managerial Employee is terminated and Executive has at least ten (10) years of continuous service to Company on or before the Employment Termination Date, either as a Managerial Employee, an Employee, a member of the Board of Director or a Consultant for the Company, Executive may exercise all options that have been granted and vested before the Employment Termination Date until the expiration date of said vested stock options.
