  • Contract Termination Date This contract terminates upon the earliest occurrence of the following:

  • Early Termination Date The date upon which an Early Termination becomes effective as specified in Section 5.2 of this Agreement. Effective Date - The date specified above as the effective date. Electric Distribution Company or “EDC” – A public utility providing facilities for the transmission and distribution of electricity to retail customers in Pennsylvania.   • Membership Termination No Member may terminate its membership in the Sector 21 other than in accordance with this Section 12. A Member that has agreed to join the Sector prior to the 22 Effective Date may withdraw from Sector membership prior to the Effective Date without penalty or 23 prejudice. Thereafter, only a Member that is not in breach of this Agreement and that has no 24 outstanding Sector performance or payment obligations may terminate its membership in the Xxxxxx, 00 and may do so only in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Section 12. Notwithstanding the 26 foregoing, the Board may terminate the membership of a Member in breach of its payment or 27 performance obligations under this Agreement, as the Board deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

  • TERM, TERMINATION & SUSPENSION The Company may terminate this Agreement with You at any time for any reason, with or without cause. The Company specifically reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if You violate any of the terms outlined herein, including, but not limited to, violating the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party, failing to comply with applicable laws or other legal obligations, and/or publishing or distributing illegal material. If You have registered for an account with Us, You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting Us and requesting termination. At the termination of this Agreement, any provisions that would be expected to survive termination by their nature shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Term; Suspension; Termination A. This Agreement shall become effective on the date that it is approved by both parties, set forth on the first page of the Agreement, and shall continue in effect until both parties have fully performed their respective obligations under this Agreement, unless sooner terminated as provided herein.
