Common use of Logo Usage Clause in Contracts

Logo Usage. Organizer hereby grants to Exhibitor a limited non-exclusive license to use, display and reproduce the name of the Event (the “Mark”) solely and directly in connection with exhibiting at the Event. Exhibitor may not use the Mark in any other way, including but not limited to, on party invitations, for special events or on marketing materials. This limited license expires at the conclusion of the Event. Organizer may terminate this license immediately at any time for any reason or no reason.
