Logo Usage. Use of the DISTRICT’s logo is permitted and encouraged. Logos can be provided in print and electronic formats. Logos will be provided by DISTRICT upon initial grant funding and at GRANTEE’s request thereafter. Graphic standards for logos shall be adhered to as provided by DISTRICT. Requests for logo should be directed to the administration office of the DISTRICT.
Logo Usage. In using each other’s logos and other trademarks, each agrees to follow the guidelines prescribed by the other, as notified by the parties to each other from time to time.

To help consumers become familiar with the ENERGY STAR Copier Program, the Partner shall place the ENERGY STAR logo onto qualified products, where practical.5 The Partner shall also strive to include the ENERGY STAR logo in brochures, manuals, and advertisements, etc. for qualified products
Logo Usage. MathStar hereby grants Summit the right to use MathStar’s logo, subject to logo usage guidelines to be provided by MathStar to Summit, as such guidelines may be amended by MathStar from time to time. Summit hereby grants MathStar the right to use Summit’s logo, subject to logo usage guidelines to be provided by Summit to MathStar, as such guidelines may be amended by Summit from time to time.
Logo Usage. Names and logos of Investors shall not be used by other Parties to this Agreement absent the prior consent of the applicable Investor.
