Common use of Logistical Support Clause in Contracts

Logistical Support. (i) Logistical support may be authorized, when the Contracting Officer determines it necessary and appropriate, for contractor personnel in Japan. Generally, the full range of logistical support listed below is not necessary for contractor personnel performing services in Japan on a short-term basis, less than 91 days.
