Common use of LOCKS AND SECURITY DEVICES Clause in Contracts

LOCKS AND SECURITY DEVICES. (1) If there is a lock or other security device which restricts entry to the residential park or part of the park to which the resident may have access, the park owner must give to the resident a copy of a key or device or information required to open the security device at or before the commencement of this agreement.
