LOCKOUTS AND KEYS. If Tenant is locked out of Tenant's premises, or for whatever reason needs ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s assistance to gain access to the leased premises, Tenant shall be charged a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00).
