Location Surveys. With respect to any new construction (if requested by the Bank), the Bank shall have received a current location survey showing (i) that all new construction is within the property lines and in compliance with all applicable setbacks, location and area requirements, and (ii) that there is no change in conditions which could adversely affect the security for any of the obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement.
Location Surveys. As soon as the footings and foundations (if any) of any new Improvements to be constructed as part of the Facility are in (if deemed necessary by the Bank), the Borrower shall cause to be delivered to the Bank a location survey prepared by surveyor approved by the Bank showing the location of such new Improvements in relation to the boundary lines thereof and setback restrictions applicable thereto and stating that such location is in compliance with all setback and other applicable restrictions. As construction of such new Improvements progresses, and upon their completion, the Borrower will supply such further location surveys as the Bank may reasonably require from time to time to assure itself that such new Improvements do not extend beyond such boundary lines and setback and other restrictions.
Location Surveys. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide surveying efforts for these projects. RKA will coordinate the required scope and anticipated limits of the surveys that will be required and will coordinate directly with the surveyor. • Research subject property and adjoining properties for deeds and recorded maps. If any deeds refer to an unrecorded map contact the surveyor to get a copy of the map. Contact NC Division of Transportation or local municipality for any right of way maps. Contact utility companies for any copies of easement drawings. • Traverse the baseline of the project adjacent to the L line. • Compute a best-fit alignment of the existing roadway for the project • Recon and tie down property corners within the project limits. Recover enough boundary monumentation to determine the existing right of way line. • Boundary analysis and computations for all parcels adjacent to the project alignment. • Produce Base Map and Control data sheet for project. Base map to include all existing boundary lines, centerlines, and right of way computations for the alignment. Control data sheet to include grid tie information, coordinates for control, location in relation to the alignment, and the L line of the project. • GPS points establish control pairs at the beginning, middle, and end of the project and incorporate into the baseline survey. • Tie the survey to two North Carolina Geodetic survey monuments to establish horizontal control with vertical elevation to the North Carolina State grid system. • Establish Benchmarks along the baseline. • Survey the stream crossings locating the 150 feet left and right of the edge of pavement. Provide a topographic survey of the project site locating spot grades around 50 foot intervals, locate top and bottom of banks, and any change in the slope lines. Locate all improvements within the project corridor including of all above ground utilities, curb and gutter, edge of pavement, driveways, storm drainage pipes, signs, mail boxes, roadway striping etc. • Prepare a signed and sealed topographic survey and deliver to client. • Stake the road right of way for Hillandale Road along the frontage of all non-city owned properties within the project area. • Show the following information for each property on the design plans: Existing ROW line, address, owner name, parcel ID, PIN, and deed reference from GIS. As construction of the Addition progresses, and upon their completion, the Borrower will supply such further location surveys as the Bank may reasonably require from time to time to assure itself that the Addition does not extend beyond such boundary lines and setback and other restrictions.
