Common use of Location Restriction Clause in Contracts

Location Restriction. Broker/Subscriber and/or Website Vendor will not remove the Confidential Information from its principal place of business without WMPL's prior written consent. In the event WPML grants consent, Broker/Subscriber and/or Website Vendor is not relieved of any of its obligations under this Agreement.
