Location of the Executive's Activities. The Executive’s principal place of business in the performance of his duties and obligations under this Agreement will be in either the Houston or Austin metropolitan areas, as determined by the Company in its discretion. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the Executive will engage in such travel and spend such time in other places as may be necessary or appropriate in furtherance of his duties hereunder.
