Common use of Location of Records Clause in Contracts

Location of Records. Keep its principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Initial Servicer referred to in Schedule 8.04(f) or, upon ten (10) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records.
