Common use of Location of Records Clause in Contracts

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its records concerning the Pool Receivables and all Contracts related thereto (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Seller referred to in Section 4.01(j) or, upon 30 days' prior written notice to the Agent, at such other locations in a jurisdiction where all action required by Section 6.05 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its records concerning the Pool Receivables denominated in U.S. Dollars, all related Contracts and all Contracts purchase orders and other agreements related thereto to such Pool Receivables (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Seller referred to in Section 4.01(j6.01(n) or, upon 30 days' prior written notice to the Agent, at such other locations in a jurisdiction jurisdictions where all action required by Section 6.05 8.05 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its records concerning the Pool Set Receivables and all Contracts related thereto (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) address of the Seller referred set forth under its name on the signature pages to this Agreement or (i) in Section 4.01(jthe case of such records and Contracts, at the Seller's offices in Wethersfield, Connecticut or (ii) or, upon 30 days' prior written notice to the Agent, at such other locations in a jurisdiction where all action required by Section 6.05 shall have been taken and completed.
