Common use of Location of Records Clause in Contracts

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office and the offices where it keeps the Records at (i) the address(es) of the Borrower referred to on Exhibit E or (ii) upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the Program Agent, at any other location in the United States where all actions reasonably requested by the Program Agent or any Managing Agent to protect and perfect the interests of the Program Agent and the Lenders in the Collateral have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office and the offices where it keeps the Records at (i) the address(es) of the Borrower referred to on Exhibit E D or (ii) upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the Program Administrative Agent, at any other location in the United States where all actions reasonably requested by the Program Administrative Agent or any Managing Agent to protect and perfect the interests of the Program Administrative Agent and the Lenders in the Collateral have been taken and completed.
