Common use of Location of Records Clause in Contracts

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Originator referred to in Annex 1 or, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records records concerning the Purchased Receivables and all Contracts related thereto (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Originator its address referred to in Annex 1 subsection 11.2 or, upon thirty (30) 30 days’ ' prior written notice to the Administrative Managing Facility Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action actions required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement subsection 6.1(l) shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all any original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Originator such Seller referred to in Annex 1 Section 6.1(l) or, upon thirty (30) 30 days’ prior written notice to the Collateral Agent, each Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement 8.5 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief executive office and principal place of business and chief executive officebusiness, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all any original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) address of the such Originator referred to in Annex 1 or, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Collateral Agent, each Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 8.5 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall have been taken and completed.

Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Originator Seller referred to in Annex 1 Section 7.01(m) or, upon thirty (30) 30 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall have been taken and completed.

Keep its chief executive office and principal place of business and chief executive officebusiness, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all any original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) address of the such Originator referred to in Annex 1 2 or, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 8.5 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the such Originator referred to in Annex 1 or, upon thirty ten (3010) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative AgentAgent and LC Bank, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Loan and Security Agreement shall have been taken and completed.

Keep its chief principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records records concerning the Receivables, all related Contracts and all purchase orders and other agreements related to such Receivables (and all original documents relating thereto), at the its address(es) of the Originator referred to in Annex 1 Section 6.01(m) in the case of Seller, or Section 6.02(j) in the case of Union, or, upon thirty (30) 30 days’ ' prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement 8.05 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Originator Seller referred to in Annex 1 or, upon thirty ten (3010) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Loan and Security Agreement shall have been taken and completed.

Keep its chief principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Originator Borrower referred to in Annex 1 Section 6.01(j)) or, upon thirty five (305) daysBusiness Days’ prior 70 written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement 8.06 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto)records concerning or related to Originator Accounts, at the address(es) of the Originator referred to in Annex 1 Exhibit D or, upon thirty (30) 15 days’ ' prior written notice to the Administrative Company and the Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement 7.3 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records relating to the Transferred Assets (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the such Originator referred to in Annex 1 or, upon thirty ten (3010) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Loan and Security Agreement shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief executive office and principal place of business and chief executive officebusiness, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Originator referred to in Annex 1 or, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Buyer, Agent and each Purchaser Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 8.5 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the Originator Seller referred to in Annex 1 Section 6.1(l) or, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement 8.5 shall have been taken and completed.

Keep its chief principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of the such Originator referred to in Annex 1 or, upon thirty ten (3010) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative AgentAgent and LC Bank, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall have been taken and completed.
