Common use of Location of Records Clause in Contracts

Location of Records. Borrower shall and shall cause each other Loan Party to keep its chief place of business and chief executive office and the offices where it keeps the Records at the address(es) referred to on Schedule VII or upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Lender, at any other location in the United States where all actions reasonably requested by Lender to protect and perfect the interests of Lender in the Collateral have been taken and completed.
