Common use of Location Information Clause in Contracts

Location Information. Libre may share Your GPS tracking information and Your background information with law enforcement or government personnel if (i) such disclosure is in response to a subpoena, search warrant, court order or other state or federal law or regulation; (ii) Libre reasonably believes that sharing such information is necessary to prevent serious injury or death to any third parties; (iii) Libre reasonably believes that sharing such information is necessary to protect Your health or safety.
