Location Bonus Clause Samples
A Location Bonus clause provides additional compensation to employees or contractors who work in specific locations, typically those considered remote, hazardous, or otherwise less desirable. This bonus is usually a fixed amount or a percentage of base pay, and is applied to incentivize personnel to accept assignments in these areas. The core function of this clause is to attract and retain talent in locations where staffing might otherwise be difficult due to challenging conditions or higher costs of living.
