Common use of Local Sponsor Clause in Contracts

Local Sponsor. Local Sponsor" shall mean any individual or ------------- entity desiring to use the Network, as hereafter defined, to receive and/or disseminate advertising or information, which agrees to pay fees to the Corporation for the right to so use the Network and to pay fees to sponsor other users of the Network, and which does not meet the definition of National Sponsor, as hereafter defined.

Local Sponsor. Local Sponsor" shall mean any individual or ------------- entity desiring to use the Network, as hereafter defined, a Network to receive and/or disseminate advertising information from or information, to a particular group of Network users and who or which agrees to pay fees to the Corporation a Network for the right to so use the Network and to pay fees to sponsor other users of the a Network, and which does not meet the definition of National Sponsor, as hereafter defined.

Local Sponsor. Local Sponsor" shall mean any individual or ------------- entity desiring to use any portion of the Network, as hereafter defined, to receive and/or disseminate advertising information from or information, to Network users and who or which agrees to pay fees to the Corporation Company for the right to so use the Network and to pay fees to sponsor other users of the Network, and which does not meet the definition of National Sponsor, as hereafter defined.

Local Sponsor. Local Sponsor" shall mean any individual or ------------- entity desiring to use the Network, as hereafter defined, to receive and/or disseminate advertising or information, which agrees to pay fees to the Corporation Joint Venture for the right to so use the Network and and/or for the right of others to pay fees to sponsor other users of use the Network, and which does not meet the definition of National Sponsor, as hereafter defined.

Local Sponsor. Local Sponsor" shall mean any individual or entity ------------- entity desiring to use the Network, as hereafter defined, a Network to receive and/or disseminate advertising information from or information, to a particular group of Network users and who or which agrees to pay fees to the Corporation a Network for the right to so use the Network and to pay fees to sponsor other users of the a Network, and which does not meet the definition of National Sponsor, as hereafter defined.
