Common use of Local Service Clause in Contracts

Local Service. The Authority may operate Authorized Transportation Projects of a Member jurisdiction (as distinguished from regional services) except as otherwise specifically provided herein, only pursuant to an agreement to which such Member pays the Authority for the services provided on the same fully allocated cost basis otherwise used to determine costs of services throughout the Authority's service area.
