Local Negotiations. Local negotiations shall be conducted on the basis of the individual collective agreement, so that supplements are granted on the basis of the individual company's economic reality, i.e. the company's finances, productivity, future prospects and competitiveness. Local negotiations shall be conducted between the local parties and must be substantive, regardless of which terms the agreements contain with regard to negotiations, discussions, assessments or the like.
