Local Interconnection Link Services between the Parties. Each party may request the other party, under the terms of this Second Article, Local Interconnection Link Services (which are part of the Local Non Switched Interconnection Services) referred to in Item 4, part 4.1.2. of Exhibit "A" to this Agreement. No Co-location Services shall be required for this purpose.
