Local Calls Clause Samples

The 'Local Calls' clause defines the terms and conditions under which telephone calls made within a specific geographic area are handled under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes a local call, any applicable rates or charges, and any limitations or special provisions for such calls. For example, it may specify that calls within the same city or area code are considered local and may be billed at a lower rate or included in a service package. The core function of this clause is to clearly delineate the treatment of local calls, ensuring both parties understand the cost structure and reducing the risk of billing disputes.
