LOCAL ACCESS LINES. Affiliate shall provide at its sole cost and expense, either directly or through a third party, the local telephone and data transmission lines necessary for Affiliate Subscribers to gain access to the Experian Network. Affiliate shall not permit Affiliate Subscribers to access the Experian Network using communication lines not paid for by Affiliate.
