Loans Approved. All outstanding HNB Loans from HNB or HNB Bank to any present officer, director, employee or any associate or related interest of any Person referred to in subsection (a) were approved by or reported to the Board of Directors of the applicable entity in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
