Loan Release. Upon compliance by the BORROWER and ORIGINATING INSTITUTION with all the herein conditions, as well as, with the rules and guidelines of the NHMFC’s HLRPP, the proceeds of the loan subject of the Purchase of Loan Agreement (PLA) shall be released to the ORIGINATING INSTITUTION.
