Common use of Loan Note Clause in Contracts

Loan Note. These amounts shall be utilised by the Issuer to make payment of an equal amount to the Series 2020-1 (A1) Noteholders on the Scheduled Redemption Date and the Series 2020-1 (A1) Notes will be redeemed in accordance with and subject to the Conditions.

Loan Note. These amounts shall be utilised by the Issuer to make payment of an equal amount to the Series 20202023-1 2 (A1) Noteholders on the Scheduled Redemption Date and the Series 20202023-1 2 (A1) Notes will be redeemed in accordance with and subject to the Conditions.

Loan Note. These amounts shall be utilised by the Issuer to make payment of an equal amount to the Series 2020-1 (A1A4) Noteholders on the Scheduled Redemption Date and the Series 2020-1 (A1A4) Notes will be redeemed in accordance with and subject to the Conditions.

Loan Note. These amounts shall be utilised by the Issuer to make payment of an equal amount to the Series 20202023-1 (A1A3) Noteholders on the Scheduled Redemption Date and the Series 2020-2023- 1 (A1A3) Notes will be redeemed in accordance with and subject to the Conditions.

Loan Note. These amounts shall be utilised by the Issuer to make payment of an equal amount to the Series 2020-1 (A1A2) Noteholders on the Scheduled Redemption Date and the Series 2020-1 (A1A2) Notes will be redeemed in accordance with and subject to the Conditions.

Loan Note. These amounts shall be utilised by the Issuer to make payment of an equal amount to the Series 20202023-1 2 (A1A2) Noteholders on the Scheduled Redemption Date and the Series 2020-1 2023- 2 (A1A2) Notes will be redeemed in accordance with and subject to the Conditions.
