Common use of Loan Maintenance Fee Clause in Contracts

Loan Maintenance Fee. On the date of execution hereof and on each anniversary of the date of execution hereof, a loan maintenance fee equal to $14,000.00 shall be payable. Such fee shall have been fully earned as of the date hereof and as of each anniversary of the date of execution hereof and shall be payable in twelve (12) monthly installments as follows: 1/12th of such fee shall be payable as of the date hereof and on each anniversary of the date of execution hereof and 1/12th of such fee shall be payable on the same day of each month hereafter until paid in full.

Such fee shall have been fully earned as of the date hereof and as of each anniversary of the date of execution hereof and shall be payable in twelve (12) monthly installments as follows: 1/12th of such fee shall be payable as of the date hereof and on each anniversary of the date of execution hereof hereof, and 1/12th of such fee shall be payable on the same day of each month hereafter until paid in full.

Such fee shall have been fully earned as of the date hereof and as of each anniversary of the date of execution hereof and shall be payable in twelve (12) monthly installments as follows: 1/12th of such fee shall be payable as of the date hereof and on each anniversary of the date of execution hereof hereof, and 1/12th of such fee shall be payable on the same day of each month hereafter until paid in full.
