Loan Documents Unaffected. Except as herein otherwise specifically provided, all provisions of the Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby affirmed, confirmed and ratified in all respects. As of the Effective Date, all references to the Credit Agreement in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
