Loan Document References. (a) Each reference in the Loan ------------------------ Agreement and the other Loan Documents to "Guarantor", or words of like import referring to the Guarantors shall include and refer to the undersigned New Guarantor; and (b) each reference in the Loan Documents to this "Agreement", "hereunder", "herein", "hereof", "thereunder", "therein", "thereof", or words of like import referring to the Loan Agreement, or other Loan Document to which New Guarantor is a party shall mean and refer to such Loan Document as supplemented by this Joinder Agreement.
