Common use of Loan Closing Statement Clause in Contracts

Loan Closing Statement. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of a closing statement in form satisfactory to it, setting forth the fees and expenses to be paid by Hyatt on the Closing Date and such other matters as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
