Common use of Loan Administration Clause in Contracts

Loan Administration. Subject to the provisions of Section 15.10 hereof, to, on behalf of and for the ratable benefit of all Syndication Parties, exercise all rights, powers, privileges, and discretion to which the Administrative Agent is entitled and elects in its sole discretion to administer the Loans, including, without limitation: (a) monitor all borrowing activity, Individual Commitment balances, and maturity dates of all LIBO Rate Loans; (b) monitor and report Credit Agreement and covenant compliance, and coordinate required credit actions by the Syndication Parties (including Voting Participants where applicable); (c) manage the process for future waivers and amendments if modifications to the Credit Agreement are required; and (d) administer, record, and process all assignments to be made for the current and future Syndication Parties (including the preparation of a revised Schedule 1 to replace the previous Schedule 1).

Subject to the provisions of Section 15.10 13.8 hereof, to, on behalf of and for the ratable benefit of all Syndication Parties, in accordance with customary banking practices, exercise all rights, powers, privileges, and discretion to which the Administrative Agent is entitled and elects in its sole discretion to administer the Loans, including, without limitation: (a) monitor all borrowing activity, Individual Term Loan Commitment balances, and maturity dates of all LIBO Quoted Rate Loans; (b) monitor and report Credit Agreement and covenant compliance, and coordinate required credit actions by the Syndication Parties (including Voting Participants where applicable); (c) manage the process for future waivers and amendments if modifications to the Credit Agreement are required; and (d) administer, record, and process all assignments to be made for the current and future Syndication Parties (including the preparation of a revised Schedule 1 to replace the previous Schedule 1).
