Loading the Card Clause Samples

The "Loading the Card" clause defines the process by which funds are added to a prepaid or stored-value card. Typically, this clause outlines the acceptable methods for loading money, such as through bank transfers, cash deposits, or online payments, and may specify limits on the amount that can be loaded at one time or within a certain period. Its core practical function is to establish clear procedures and boundaries for funding the card, ensuring both the cardholder and issuer understand how and when the card can be used for transactions.
