Loading The Card. You may load funds to the Card at any time. You may load the Card: (a) using direct deposit; (b) at an authorized Visa Readylink location; and (c) by using cash, check, or money order at any PLS Check Cashers store. You will have immediate access to the funds upon receipt of the funds from the payment originator when loaded to the Card by direct deposit. You will have access to the funds in two (2) business days when loaded to the Card at a Visa ReadyLink location. You will have access to the funds the same day when loaded to the Card at PLS Check Cashers. At our discretion, we may allow a load payment in excess of the limits disclosed below, including the maximum value limit, to post to the Card Account. However, if such a load payment is permitted to post to the Card Account on one occasion, there is no guarantee that load(s) in any form, in excess of the disclosed limit will be permitted in the future. Personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders sent to the Issuer are unacceptable forms of loading the Card and will be returned unless the full amount may be applied toward a negative balance, in which case the check or money order may or may not be loaded to the Card at the discretion of the Issuer. Loading The Card. The Card is a prepaid card where funds can be loaded in various ways, such as Direct Deposit of wages or of Federal payments. These loads are accepted only in the name of the cardholder. The funds that are available are recorded in your Card Account. The value of the funds available on the Card at any given time is referred to in this Agreement as the “Available Funds.” By loading funds or by initiating transactions with the Card, you appoint Central National Bank to act as your agent to pool your funds, together with funds from other Cardholders and to deposit those funds at one or more banks. By initiating a transaction with the card, you appoint the Bank as your agent to obtain the funds on your behalf from the pooled funds account and to transfer your funds as you direct. This pooled account or accounts are referred to in this Agreement as the “CNB Agency Pooled Account”. Your funds will be held separately from the corporate funds of the Bank. The value associated with this card is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to applicable limits.

Loading The Card. You can load funds to the Card at any time using any of the following methods: • You may remit cash at any of the Directions Credit Union Locations, • You may transfer available funds to the card from a deposit account you have with Directions Credit Union, • Via direct deposit of your paycheck, • You may use our mobile device services and mobile remote deposit services to transmit check images to us in order to load funds to your Card, subject to the terms and conditions of and your enrollment in those services. These services are provided by Ingo Money where additional terms and conditions may apply.** Directions or its service providers reserve the right to accept, reject, or limit any attempted load of funds onto the card in our sole and absolute discretion, • You may use the online banking service to transfer funds from another i Direct c ard or a checking or savings account to the card, • You may use MoneyGram to load funds to your Card.*** We reserve the right to delay the availability of funds loaded to your Card using any of these loading methods until such funds have cleared and posted to your Card. Funds loaded to the Card from your savings or checking account will generally be available within five (5) business days after load instructions. Funds loaded to the Card using Direct Deposit will generally be available on the business day we receive the transfer. We may change accepted tender types and funding methods for the Card at any time for legal, risk management, security or other purposes. IMPORTANT: You will not be able to access funds loaded to the Card using your Funding Source or via direct deposit of your paycheck until you have activated your Card. You may load funds to the Card using your Funding Source until the aggregate balance on your Card equals $10,000. Not more than $99,999 may be loaded to your Card in any 1-month period. The maximum aggregate balance on your Card at any time may not exceed $10,000. We may change these limits at any time for legal, risk management, security or other purposes. You will not earn dividends on funds loaded to the Card.

Even though we may allow use of third party load services such as Ingo Money to add funds to your Card Account, we do not provide these services and are not responsible for any issues that may arise with third party load services, except as otherwise stated in this Agreement. The use of third party load services is subject to the terms and conditions established by the third party load service. Although we do not charge any fees in connection with third party loads to your Card Account, the third party may charge fees. The value of the funds available on the Card at any given time is referred to in this Agreement as the “Available Funds.” By loading funds or by initiating transactions with the Card, you appoint the Bank to act as your agent to pool your funds, together with funds from other Cardholders and to deposit those funds at one or more banks. Loading The Card. Only your Sponsor or PA may add funds to your Plan(s). You will have access to the funds upon activation. Personal checks, cashiers’ checks, and money orders sent to the Issuer are unacceptable forms of loading. All checks and money orders sent to the Issuer for Card loading will be returned unless the full amount may be applied toward a negative balance, in which case the check or money order may or may not be loaded to the Card at the discretion of the Issuer. Using The Card/Features The maximum amount that can be spent with the Card per day is limited to the available balance of Plan(s) linked to Card or $99,999.99, whichever is less. You may use Card to purchase eligible goods or services at selected merchants (“Qualified Expenditures”), such as health care, dependent care, and transit merchants where Visa debit cards or NYCE cards are accepted as long as the value available in Plan(s) is not exceeded. Qualified Expenditures are determined by applicable law, rules and regulations, as well as Plan documents provided by PA or Sponsor. Each time the Card is used, the amount of the transaction and any applicable fees reduce the Plan balance, as determined by Admin. Preauthorization places a “hold” on available funds until the merchant sends the final payment amount of the purchase. Once the final payment amount is received, the preauthorized amount on hold is removed. It may take up to seven (7) days for the hold to be removed. During the hold period you do not have access to the preauthorized amount. Some merchants do not allow split transactions where you use Card as partial payment for goods and services and pay the remainder of the balance with another form of legal tender. You do not have the right to stop payment on any purchase or payment transaction originated by use of Card. You may not make preauthorized regular payments using Card. If you authorize a transaction and then fail to purchase the item, the approval may result in a hold for that amount of funds for up to thirty (30) days. If Card number is used without presenting Card (e.g., mail order, telephone, or Internet purchase), the legal effect is the same as if you used Card itself. For security reasons, the amount or number of transactions you can make on Card may be limited. Card cannot be redeemed for cash or used for illegal gambling or any other illegal transaction.
