Common use of Loading Docks Clause in Contracts

Loading Docks. Tenant shall have the right to use and occupy during the Lease Term, at no additional rent, the two (2) rooms currently identified as the Security Office and Package Scan Room, as shown on Exhibit F attached hereto (collectively, the “Additional Loading Dock Space”). The Additional Loading Dock Space shall be maintained by Tenant in the same condition as required under the Lease with respect to the Premises.
