Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.
Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

Load A term that refers to either a consumer of Energy or the amount of demand (MW) or Energy (MWh) consumed by certain customers. Load Serving Entity (“LSE”).
