Common use of LIVING DOCUMENT Clause in Contracts

LIVING DOCUMENT. The parties agree to treat this Agreement as a living document to allow for industry and technology advances, and to add products and services to Attachment A of this Agreement as mutually agreed in writing from time to time. Seller and MICTA will confer on a regular, periodic basis, at mutually agreeable times and locations, in order to conduct a review to evaluate the possible addition of new Seller product/service offerings to this Agreement. Should MICTA and Seller reach mutual agreement regarding pricing and/or discounts for any/all new products and/or services the parties will add them to this Agreement by written amendment.
