Litigation Matters. (i) Except for the filing or prosecution of any lawsuits for the collection of any monies owed to the Owner in the ordinary course of business, file or prosecute any lawsuit, or (ii) confess any judgment or compromise or settle any pending, threatened, or asserted claim or litigation, in each case with respect to or on behalf of the Owner or any of the Assets.
