Common use of Litigation Expense Clause in Contracts

Litigation Expense. In the event of litigation or arbitration arising out of this Agreement, each party shall pay its own costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration (excluding fees and expenses of arbitrators and administrative fees and expenses of arbitration).
