Litigation; Compliance. (a) The Plaintiffs shall, as part of the resolution of the Class Action, consent to the dismissal of the Class Action on a with prejudice and without costs basis. (b) The Defendant shall consent to the dismissal of the Class Action on a with prejudice and without costs basis.
