Common use of Litigation Against Reinsurer Clause in Contracts

Litigation Against Reinsurer. There are no actions, suits, investigations or proceedings pending or (to the best knowledge of Reinsurer) threatened against Reinsurer at law or in equity, in, before, or by any person, that individually or in the aggregate have or may reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on the validity or enforceability of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
