Common use of Lists of Receipt Holders Clause in Contracts

Lists of Receipt Holders. Promptly upon request by the Company, the Depositary shall furnish to it a list, as of a recent date, of the names, addresses and holdings of ADSs by all persons in whose names Receipts are registered on the books of the Depositary. Any other records maintained by the Depositary, the Registrar, any co-registrar or any co-transfer agent under this Deposit Agreement shall be made available to the Company upon reasonable request.
