Common use of Lists of Owners Clause in Contracts

Lists of Owners. Promptly upon request by the Issuer at any time or from time to time, the Depositary shall, without expense to the Issuer (except as agreed in writing by the Depositary and the Issuer from time to time), furnish to it a list, as of a recent date, of the names, addresses and holdings of American Depositary Shares by all persons in whose names Receipts are registered on the Receipt Register.
