Common use of Lists of Holders of Preferred Securities Clause in Contracts

Lists of Holders of Preferred Securities. (a) Semiannually, not later than January 15 and July 15 in each year, commencing January 15, 1999, and at such other times as the Guarantee Trustee may request in writing, the Guarantor shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Guarantee Trustee information as to the names and addresses of the Holders, and the Guarantee Trustee shall preserve such information and similar information received by it in any other capacity and afford to the Holders access to information received by it in any other capacity and afford to the Holders access to information so preserved by it, all to such extent, if any, and in such manner as shall be required by the Trust Indenture Act.
