Common use of Listing on Securities Exchanges Clause in Contracts

Listing on Securities Exchanges. If the Common Stock is listed on a stock exchange, the Company will use its best efforts to procure at its sole expense the listing of all Warrant Shares (subject to issuance or notice of issuance) on all stock exchanges on which the Common Stock is then listed, and maintain the listing or quotation of such shares and other securities after issuance.
