LIST OF WARRANTHOLDERS. The Trustee will, when requested so to do by the Company, furnish the Company with a list of names and addresses of the Warrantholders showing the number of Unit Warrants held by each Warrantholder.

Agreement of Warrant Holders Every holder of a Warrant, by his acceptance thereof, consents and agrees with the Company, the Warrant Agent and every other holder of a Warrant that:
Copy of Warrant A copy of this Warrant shall be filed among the records of the Company.
Rights of Warrant Holders No Warrant Holder, as such, shall have any rights of a shareholder of the Company, either at law or equity, and the rights of the Warrant Holders, as such, are limited to those rights expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Warrant Certificates. The Company and the Warrant Agent may treat the registered Warrant Holder in respect of any Warrant Certificate as the absolute owner thereof for all purposes notwithstanding any notice to the contrary.
Suits by Warrantholders All or any of the rights conferred upon any Warrantholder by any of the terms of this Indenture may be enforced by the Warrantholder by appropriate proceedings but without prejudice to the right which is hereby conferred upon the Warrant Agent to proceed in its own name to enforce each and all of the provisions herein contained for the benefit of the Warrantholders.
Loss, etc., of Warrant Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to the Company, if lost, stolen or destroyed, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Holder a new Warrant of like date, tenor and denomination.
WARRANTHOLDER REGISTRY The Company shall maintain a registry showing the name and address of the registered holder of this Agreement. Warrantholder’s initial address, for purposes of such registry, is set forth below Warrantholder’s signature on this Agreement. Warrantholder may change such address by giving written notice of such changed address to the Company.
Listing of Warrant Shares Company shall have submitted an application for the listing of the Warrant Shares on the Exchange, and such application and listing shall have been approved by the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance, in each case, on or prior to the Premium Payment Date. Company agrees and acknowledges that such submission and approval shall be a condition precedent for the purpose of Section 2(a)(iii) of the Agreement with respect to each obligation of Dealer under Section 2(a)(i) of the Agreement.
Trustee for Warrant Holders In the event that a bank or trust company shall have been appointed as trustee for the Holder of the Warrants pursuant to Subsection 3.2, such bank or trust company shall have all the powers and duties of a warrant agent (as hereinafter described) and shall accept, in its own name for the account of the Company or such successor person as may be entitled thereto, all amounts otherwise payable to the Company or such successor, as the case may be, on exercise of this Warrant pursuant to this Section 1.

Title of Warrant Prior to the expiration hereof and subject to compliance with applicable laws, this Warrant and all rights hereunder are transferable, in whole or in part, at the office or agency of the Company by the holder hereof in person or by duly authorized attorney, upon surrender of this Warrant together with the Assignment Form annexed hereto properly endorsed.
