List and Assignments of Bargaining Unit Members. The District shall forward to the UNION, within thirty (30) calendar days after the start of the school year, a list of all employees within the bargaining unit. Further, the District shall notify the UNION of any employee in the bargaining unit employed after the commencement of the school year.
