Common use of Linked Sites Clause in Contracts

Linked Sites. The Platform may contain links to third-party sites or content that are not under the control of Brandzooka. If User’s access a third-party site or content from the Platform, then User does so at User’s own risk and User is not responsible for any content on any linked site or content. User may not use on User’s site any Brandzooka Data or marks appearing on the Platform in establishing the link without Brandzooka’s prior written permission. User may not frame or otherwise incorporate into another site the content or other materials on the Platform without Brandzooka’s prior written permission.
