Common use of Lines of Businesses Clause in Contracts

Lines of Businesses. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries shall engage to any significant extent in any line or lines of business other than the lines of business in which they are engaged on the date hereof and any other line or lines of business directly related to the manufacture, distribution and/or sale of consumer or industrial products (collectively, “Permitted Activities”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company and its Subsidiaries may engage in other lines of business as a result of the acquisition of any Person primarily engaged in Permitted Activities so long as the Company uses its best efforts to come into compliance with the first sentence of this Section 8.09 within a reasonable period of time after such acquisition.
