Linearity Clause Samples

The Linearity clause establishes that certain obligations or processes must proceed in a sequential, step-by-step manner, without skipping or rearranging the prescribed order. In practice, this means that each stage or requirement must be completed before the next can begin, such as in project milestones, payment schedules, or approval workflows. By enforcing a linear progression, the clause ensures clarity and accountability, preventing confusion or disputes about the order of performance and reducing the risk of errors or omissions.
Linearity. The part of the horizontal "cut-off" that serves for vertical adjustment shall be horizontal between 1.5° and 3.5° from the V-V line (see figure 1 below). (a) The inflection points of the "cut-off" gradient at the vertical lines at 1.5°, 2.5° and 3.5° shall be determined by the equation: (d2 (log E) / dβ2 = 0). (b) The maximum vertical distance between the inflection points determined shall not exceed 0.2 °.
Linearity. The part of the cut-off line which serves vertical adjustment shall be horizontal from 3° left to 3° right of the v-v line. This requirement is satisfied, if the vertical positions of the inflection points according to paragraph 3.2. above at 3° left and right of the v-v line do not deviate by more than ±0.20°.
Linearity. Inflection points of the "cut-off" gradient
Linearity. The background grid shall show squares of equal size, without convergence/divergence over the whole of picture. The center circle shall appear round and have the correct height/width relationship (±5%).
Linearity. The linearity of BGM Galectin-3 was established according to the recommendations of the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute Evaluation Protocol 6 (CLSI EP6-A guideline). Samples were prepared to span a clinically-meaningful measurement range of galectin-3 concentrations. Linearity of BGM Galectin-3 was demonstrated between 1.4 and 94.8 ng/mL. These linearity data are shown Figure 9.
Linearity. The IMD products of HF transmitters by any two equal-level signals within the 300 - 3050Hz pass-band shall be at least 30dB (design objective 35dB) below either tone when the transmitter is operating at rated PEP. The frequencies of the two audio test signals shall not be harmonically or sub-harmonically related and shall have a minimum separation of 300 Hz.
Linearity. A measure of intermodulation distortion at the output of a device.
