Limits on Use and Occupancy. The apartment will be used only as a private residence for Tenant listed in Clause 1 of this Agreement. Guests are not permitted overnight without permission of other housemates.Guests are permitted on an occasional basis as long as they do not interfere or cause nuisance with other tenants and neighbors. If there are complaints about Tenant’s guests, the Tenant’s right to have invited guests over will be revoked.
