Limits on Use and Occupancy. The premises are to be used only as a private residence for Tenant(s) listed in Clause 1 of this Agreement. The size of the room and the bed provided is only sufficient for one person so it is recommended that no guest are allowed to spend the night in the room. However, occupancy by 1 out of town guest is allowed without Landlady's consent for a night or two. The Tenant is expected to communicate with other tenants regarding any visitors that come to the shared apartment in advanced of their visit. Guests are not allowed to do their laundry on the premises.
